Elena Ivanushkina is a global leadership and talent development leader with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, consumer goods, and technology sectors, including leadership roles at Danone and Microsoft. At HARTMANN Group, she is responsible for building and driving the global leadership development strategy and talent initiatives, designing programs that build culture, capability, and performance across 35 countries.

She is collaborating with IESE Business School as a coach and mentor coach in their leadership and coaching programs. Having lived and worked in six countries—Russia, France, Czech Republic, Spain, Canada, and the UK, speaks 5 languages and brings a strong intercultural lens to her work. She blends deep expertise in learning design, executive coaching (ICF PCC), and behavioural science (Executive MSc, LSE) to drive impactful, system-wide leadership development in complex environments.
