Isobel Nash is People & Education Partner at Leonardo SpA, where she oversees global learning and DE&I initiatives impacting over 50,000 employees across the organisation.

With more than a decade of experience in the Leonardo Group—split between the UK and Italy— Isobel brings a dynamic blend of international perspective and commercial expertise to her role. Beginning her career in procurement and contract management, Isobel developed a strong foundation in supply chain management, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery.

Her passion for people led her to transition into the world of HR, serving as Chief of Staff to the Group Head of People—an experience that marked a shift towards her core passion: enabling individual and collective growth through impactful learning. Driven by the belief that empowering individuals through continuous learning is key to organisational success, Isobel is dedicated to designing and delivering people development strategies that align with business goals, foster inclusive cultures, and build capability for the future.

Isobel holds a degree in Modern Languages & Business Management from the University of Birmingham, along with certifications in Commercial & Contract Management (Practitioner) and Project Management (PFQ).
