With over 30 years of experience in the Learning and Development sphere, Sam has built a distinguished career spanning roles in the Metropolitan Police, Local Government, and most recently, Leonardo, where she has been a driving force for the past five years.

Sam specialises in designing and delivering impactful development programmes, including Early Careers initiatives across the East of England, Women’s Development Programmes, and comprehensive Talent, Management, and Leadership Development frameworks. A certified Executive Coach and skilled project manager, she thrives on enabling individuals and teams to unlock their potential, fostering transformation and culture change. Sam’s approach centres on the belief that true growth begins with genuine engagement, communication, and an understanding of what drives people.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sam is a passionate runner, having successfully completed the last three London Marathons and numerous half-marathons. She is also an award-winning radio presenter, earning the coveted “Gold Award” for Best Female Presenter of the Year at the National Hospital Radio Awards. Sam volunteers and presents for two local radio stations, combining her love for community and storytelling.
