Martin draws upon his commercial experience and knowledge as a senior manager and executive from his career in the media industry, retail and learning & development roles, to quickly relate to his clients, their needs and the pressures and challenges they face in their roles and organisations.

Martin has been the CEO of VA Consultants since 2015 and in that time has overseen the growth and transformation of the business, which has led VA to become noticed in the industry as a leading partner/supplier of exceptional leadership and organisational development programmes.  His priority and focus are that VA deliver quality programmes, workshops and solutions that deliver quality results.  As a result of this focus, VA have been finalists for 4 major training and development awards in recent years.

In his spare time Martin has a busy life with his wife and four children and enjoys various sports and music.
