Novartis U: Unbossed Leadership Experience – Initiative project summary
The Novartis U: Unbossed Leadership Experience is a leadership development experience which supports the deep transformation of leaders’ mindsets and behaviours to enable them to lead our culture transformation to Reimagine Medicine. The U: Unbossed Leadership Experience story is intertwined with the Novartis culture journey and a foundational piece to “unleash the power of our people” which is one of our 5 strategic priorities at Novartis.
To make our vision of Reimagine Medicine a reality, we have to equip ourselves with the skills and mindset to collectively adapt to an ever-changing complex environment and context in order to navigate the challenges that lie ahead. We are committed to creating the space, climate and culture to enable our people to thrive. In our journey to reimagine medicine all of us are asked to reimagine ourselves. U: Unbossed Leadership Experience will help leaders to lead this change by role modeling a mindset of “curious, inspired, unbossed” through increased self-awareness and continuous personal growth. Ultimately, it is our ambition to engage every associate in a process of constant self-reflection and –development to achieve better results and outcomes for our patients.
