Jim van Hulst MSc, MBA, is the owner of Jignite. Before founding his company, he worked for several Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, as well as higher education and government institutions. He held regional, international and global roles at companies like EY, ING Bank, Atos, and Johnson Controls. He has travelled worldwide and facilitated numerous programmes in diverse locations.

Jim has more than 36 years of professional experience in Leadership, Learning, and Development, and a lifelong commitment to a learning mindset. He holds an MSc from the University of Sheffield (UK) on learning technology and an MBA on Digital Transformation (with Distinction) from Maastricht School of Management. In addition, he completed his Bachelor’s in Educational Design with a focus on Learning and Development at the University of Nijmegen. Finally, he holds a Diploma in Business Development & Leadership from Rotterdam School of Management.

Jim is Prosci® certified (change management methodology), Social Styles® certified, and an internationally accredited trainer/facilitator (IBCT). He has published various articles over the years, and he is also a frequently invited guest speaker.
