Sandra is an experienced Organizational Development Specialist with more than 15 years’ experience in talent identification and development projects helping clients to optimize their selection decisions, to identify high poten-tials and improve individual and team performance to increase organizational effectiveness.
During her career in talent development and coaching she has designed and delivered a wide range of as-sessment and development center programs, leadership and skill development interventions and coaching and mentoring programs including multi-cohort projects for large managerial populations across private, public and third sector organizations in the UK and Europe.
As a qualified coach she has worked on a 1:1 basis with individuals on all organizational levels. Her facilitation style is supportive, client centred and engaging.

Design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centers for Senior Management and Executive Recruit-ment, Selection and High Potential identification. Design and delivery of management and leadership develop-ment programs, including use 360 degree feedback and psychometric profiling. Design and delivery of perfor-mance coaching and feedback programs to drive effec-tive delivery against core competencies and strategic performance targets. Design and delivery of coach qual-ification programs for HR professionals and senior man-agers as well as implementation of internal coaching/ mentoring schemes for client organizations.
