Rachel is the Global Director of Marketing and Sales at INSEAD where she drives positioning, awareness and successful recruitment of talented students and executives from all over the world for the Business School’s Degree Programs.
Rachel began her professional life in tech, driving sales and marketing across Southern Europe for the software company Macromedia (now Adobe). She joined the higher education sector in 2005 and has built her career in prestigious business and engineering schools starting at ESCP, where she led the rebranding of the business school and developed the marketing and student recruitment team across Europe as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Rachel then went on to become Vice President for Marketing and International Relations at École Polytechnique where she supported the president to define the global international development strategy with a strong focus on strategic partnerships.
Rachel’s passion for leading global teams, marketing and business development took her to INSEAD where she thrives in a dynamic and truly international environment. She enjoys building team environments, which empower autonomy, collaboration and creativity and federating people to define and reach common goals together.
After graduating from Salford University, Manchester in 2001: BA hons in French, Spanish and International Relations, Rachel completed a post-graduate degree in Marketing and Management at the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London.
