Richard has a passion for designing and delivering HR and Organisation Development solutions that in result Change and Performance. He has contributed to a number of MERIT events as both a speaker and moderator. 

Currently, a Regional HR Leader with Nilfisk, a global provider of cleaning equipment and solutions, Richard draws on many years of experience in senior international HR roles. He has worked in various sectors, based out of the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Richard is an avid learner and networker.  He enjoys turning insights from research and thought leaders into simple, practical, and effective tools that businesses and business leaders can deploy to realise their strategic objectives.

Richard studied German and IT at Exeter University and has a post-graduate qualification in Human Resources.  Since 2007 he has been a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Fluent in both English and German, Richard has been a German as well as a British Citizen since December 2020.
