Lars Veerhoff is a passionate educator and expert in Educational and Career Science, focusing on guiding students, particularly neurodivergent graduates, through their transition from university to the labour market. With a Master's degree in Educational Science, Lars has spent over a decade honing his skills in talent and career development, as well as self-regulatory learning behaviours among students. As a PhD candidate researching the school-to-work transition for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Lars combines his academic expertise with practical experience to deliver effective support for this unique population.

As the visionary behind the Career Fitness Journey at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Lars has played a crucial role in creating and implementing a program that equips students with essential tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their chosen careers. His dedication and hard work have led to the program's recognition, including being shortlisted for the prestigious Merit Awards in Barcelona in 2023. By incorporating his research insights on ASD into his work, Lars continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of neurodivergent students as they navigate the challenges of entering the workforce.
