Coming to Cambiana, Marion found the opportunity to live her passion for facilitating, coaching, and training. This passion started in her corporate career as she evolved in the Media and Fashion Industry across Europe for 15 years before joining the team.

Through her international work, she has been endorsing different roles and responsibilities starting with journalist, interpreter and community manager and moving to taking positions as E-commerce executive, marketing specialist, and web content strategist. She also been working as a lecturer covering topics on social communication and E-commerce for diverse institutions.

Trained in marketing and communication, Marion is familiar with launching cross-media operations, building and raising brand awareness, as well as driving digital multichannel campaigns. She was also responsible for delivering internal trainings and setting communication strategies. In this capacity, she worked intensively with intercultural and cross-functional teams, developing interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

Having to deal with changing environments and workforce, Marion has gathered experience in people development, leading change, and refined her leadership skills, fostering engagement and collaboration.

Marion is an effective listener, confident, multicultural, and curious. She has a Master’s in International Relations and Human Rights which she completed both at the University of Political Sciences in Turin and at the Sorbonne in Paris. She also holds a Master's degree in Media Management (CNFDI) and she is trained in educational methods for foreign students (CNED).
