Nicolas Rolland is a seasoned leader in corporate learning and organizational transformation, with over two decades of experience in driving innovation across major international companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Engagement at Engie, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and engagement strategies.​

Prior to his tenure at Engie, Nicolas held key positions at Danone, including Group Learning and Digital Transformation Director, where he spearheaded initiatives in social learning, digital academies, and enterprise 2.0 projects. His career also encompasses roles such as Director of Organizational Development and Director of Social Foresight at Danone, as well as academic contributions as a strategy professor at CERAM Business School.​ Nicolas holds a PhD in Strategic Management from IAE France.
