Associate Principal & Director
Diana Sonnenberg is the Director of Client Experience at Gallup Germany and oversees a number of client relationships and teams across Europe to create great, sustainable workplaces based on years of research in behavioral and people analytics. She is responsible for working closely with senior executives to implement people strategies that increase individual, team and organizational performance with a strong focus on re-designing performance management systems, creating high-performance cultures and talent-based selection.
Diana has gained experience with several industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, health & science, and sales industry and has worked closely with a number of DAX30 companies over the last years to drive sustainable change in behaviors.
Prior to joining Gallup in 2008 Diana worked for the Goethe-Institute in Boston and studied German linguistics, business psychology and adult education at Potsdam University and Humboldt University Berlin (Master of Arts). She is fluent in English and German.
Diana has also published several articles in the arena of employee engagement and strengths-based development, including Harvard Business Manager, and is a regular speaker at HR conferences and presenter at client partner meetings.
